Terms & Conditions

1. All vehicle(s) sold “AS IS”.
    
2. There are no warranties or representations by the Great Northern Auction Company Ltd. with respect to and for vehicles. Sales is between buyer and seller. Great Northern Auction Co. Ltd is solely an equal agent for the buyer and seller.
    
3. A Buyer/Administration fee will be added to the sales price. H.S.T. applicable on all vehicle and fees regardless.
    
4. $500 down payment must be paid THE DAY OF THE AUCTION by cash, Interac, VISA /MasterCard or certified Cheque for each vehicle, the balance to be paid by cash, Interac or certified Cheque by the day after the sale.
    
5. Online registrants must provide a valid credit card to activate their online bidding account.  If the Buyer is successful in purchasing a vehicle via their online bidding account, the $500 deposit will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of account activation.


6. In the event of non-payment of balance owed on any vehicle by the end of the day after the sale, any deposit made shall be forfeited to the Great Northern Auction Company Ltd.
    
7. Purchaser(s) agrees to provide the Great Northern Auction Company Ltd. with proof of insurance for the purchased vehicle, before vehicle can be registered in purchasers name.
    
8. The Great Northern Auction Company Ltd. will transfer the purchased vehicle into the purchaser(s) name and address as provided.
    
9. There is a $5 charge required to register as a bidder.
    
10. There is no guarantee as to the year of any ATV, Motorbike, Trailer, Tractor, Motor home, or other such vehicles.
     
11. The Administration fee of $89 is charged to cover our incidental costs of transfers, permits, temporary permits, lien checks, etc, etc, etc.
     
12. All vehicles $1000 and under must be re-inspected at Purchasers cost in order to be transferred with valid plates. The GNAC is not responsible for or warrants any vehicle inspection certificate or sticker.
     
13. The Final Bidder shall be the purchaser when the auctioneer declares sold, and must pay for the vehicle. Also the auctioneer reserves the right to not accept any bid as per his discretion.
     
14. All vehicles are sold “AS IS”. This is a wholesale Auction, sales are final, absolutely no refunds, no returns whatsoever.
